Rental terms

To rent a car in STONE-AUTO, You should call us by telephone at 981-19-98 any time from 9:00 a.m. to 09:00 p.m. from Monday to Sunday, or to make an on-line order on a 24-hour basis. Managers will contact you as soon as possible.

Booking motor cars is on a free-of-charge basis, for any period.

Rental car service without a driver

Requirements to lessees and persons allowed for car driving

• Minimum age 22 years.
• Driving age 2 years or more.

Insurance

• All motor cars are covered by compulsory and voluntary insurance of car owner civil liability, as well as full-package insurance.
• The lessee’s liability in the case of inflicted damage or car theft shall be limited by the amount of unconditional franchise stated in rent contract.

Tariffs

• include the cost of rent, planned maintenance costs, contingency repair, offering of substitution car for the period of rental car repair and insurance.
• Extra payments: cost of gasoline, paid car parks, penalties.

Mileage limitations

• We don’t limit car mileage in Moscow, Moscow region and neighbouring regions.
• Driving to other regions is limited by 500 km/day.

Car fuelling

• Motor cars are offered with a full tank.
• When a car is returned with an incompletely filled tank, the lessee must pay for the deficient gasoline.

Payment

The payment method is dependent on your preferences after contract signing.

• Payment in cash (for car rent with a driver only)
• Payment on a clearing basis
• Payment by VISA or Mastercard credit card directly in the company office
